Problem

Existing day planners, to-do lists, and calendars are static and do not take into account overtime, unexpected interruptions and mental blocks. This results in plans falling by the wayside, and tasks taking longer than expected. For many this results in extra time being dedicated to updating schedules/to-do lists to take these challenges into account.
